What does an interview evaluation form include?

Various types of questions are asked to assess the different aspects of the candidate’s career and personality. This form usually evaluates the following:

Experience level:

The questions based on the experience level of the candidate help the recruiter know if the candidate has acquired the particular skill required by the job post for which he has applied. Knowing the academic background of the candidate is also important.

Technical level:

The knowledge of the candidate regarding the technical skills is also evaluated in this form. The questions relevant to the skills and expertise that the candidate has obtained are added to the evaluation form. The questions included in this section should successfully evaluate the knowledge of the candidate regarding the skills and his approach to solving the problems.

Behavioural level:

This section of the form will let the recruiter know about the behavioral innovations with which the candidate will become part of the company. The questions are used to check the passion and the good aspects of the behavior of the candidate.
