What does an interview evaluation form include?

Various types of questions are asked to assess the different aspects of the candidate’s career and personality. This form usually evaluates the following:

  1. Experience level:

The questions based on the experience level of the candidate help the recruiter know if the candidate has acquired the particular skill required by the job post for which he has applied. Knowing the academic background of the candidate is also important.

  1. Technical level:

The knowledge of the candidate regarding the technical skills is also evaluated in this form.   1. Behavioural level:
