I am very thankful to you for making a long-term business relationship with our company. I am writing this letter to inform you that the company will remain closed for 10 days due to Christmas. The holiday will begin from 20th of this month and will last until 30th December 2017.

Holiday Schedule Announcement

This is to bring into attention that the company after much consideration has revised its holiday plan for the religious event of Christmas. According to the revised notice, all employees are required to come for work till the 25th of December which marks the start of the Christmas holidays from 26th December to 1st January. All employees are required to attend the office on the above-mentioned working days but in case if anyone fails to do, he is to inform his immediate supervisor in advance of his nonattendance.

Keeping in mind the importance of holidays and thereby not neglecting work, we have devised the new holiday plan. The new holiday schedule will require all employees to work for every alternate day between the 20th of December till the 25th of December. After this, they can enjoy the holidays from 26th to 30th December and then rejoin the office from the 31st December. It is compulsory for all employees to abide by the notice.

The new holiday schedule says that this time due to much workload, employees will be given fewer holidays than before. Work completion is necessary due to which the company has decided that all employees will attend the office till the 26th December and enjoy their holiday break from 37th December till the 1st of January. Employees are required to come to the office on the 2nd of January.
