Horticulture Project Completion Report Letter

What is horticulture project completion report letter?

A horticulture project completion report letter is a document, which is prepared by an individual or an organization, that was assigned that particular horticulture project. It is addressed to the individual or an organization, that had assigned it. In this letter, the addresser notifies about the project completion and presents the details of all the completed work.

In addition, he states a time- period, in which he can resolve any issues without any charges as well as make a request to the addressee to release his remaining payment. This letter is, usually, sent with a detailed completion report, and presents a gist of that report.

People often outsource horticulture projects to the experts, so that they can get the plantation they require. The experts cannot only guide them about the right plants and trees but also would know the tactics to sow and grow the plants well. For instance, an individual may outsource the horticulture project of his farmhouse, which he has recently bought.

When a project gets completed, and the work, that was stated in the contract, has been finished, it is a contractual requirement, and sometimes a legal requirement, to send a completion report. A report letter is sent along to add a personalized touch as well as to provide the highlights of the report. Sometimes, the client may not have enough time to go through the detailed report, or he trusts the addresser enough, and in this case, this letter would suffice for him.

It is a formal letter, written in a professional and explanatory tone. In addition, it also provides a platform for the addresser to build a relationship as well as request for his payment from the client. This letter is kept in the records and can be used as a legal reference if needed.
