Dear staff member, it is my great pleasure to announce we will be holding an event for all the staff. It will be a Secret Santa event where everyone can exchange all manner of presents with one another while remaining anonymous. We will be holding it starting this weekend and it will continue till Friday. If you would like to participate, please let me know via email and I will put your name up. Also, please keep your budget to a minimum because we don’t want to bother anyone. Cheers and Merry Christmas!

This is the season for merriment, joy, and generosity! I would like to invite you to celebrate an early Christmas with us by participating in this year’s company event, the Secret Santa event. In this event, you will choose a person through balloting and whoever you get, you will be that person’s Santa and will have to give him small presents while remaining anonymous. It is our way of instilling joy, harmony, and faith in our staff members so if you would like to participate simply let us know. The event will take place during the company trip this weekend so be sure to be prepared! Have a wonderful Christmas!

Holidays are just around the corner and everyone will be gone for a while before we see them. So, to make your last days before Christmas at the office more enjoyable the company has decided to hold a Secret Santa event that we would like to request you to be a part of. It is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated if you do participate. Through this, we hope to raise a festive spirit and encourage everyone to be kind, thankful and giving. If you would like to be involved, the event starts in three days, so come to the main office at nine tomorrow morning and choose a partner. Merry Christmas to you!

We have a special announcement regarding the company trip next weekend. A Secret Santa event will be taking place during the time we are on a trip and we would like to invite you to participate. It will be an event of two days and you do not have to buy anything expensive for your recipient. We just request you maintain anonymity while participating. It is December and December means Christmas, which means presents! To celebrate this joyful day we are holding a Secret Santa event for all of our staff and would like to cordially invite them to participate. It will be a way of deepening friendship, understanding, teamwork as well as ensuring generosity. You will all be given an amount to spend by the company to buy the presents. That is our way of thanking you. The event starts off Thursday so please come to the office tomorrow morning to register yourself. Whatever money you have leftover after buying the gifts will be yours. Merry Christmas!
