Dear Sir, I hope you are in good health and spirit. I want to inform you I am not feeling well today. I have been suffering from a high fever, cough, and sore throat. The doctor advised me to rest, due to which I cannot come office today. I know, we have decided to talk about our future delegation but my health is not allowing me to go anywhere. It is therefore requested you kindly grant me leave so that I can better take care of myself. I’ll be highly obliged for your cooperation and support in this regard.

Sir, I am writing to you that I had a short accident and could not able to stand. I got some bruises on my back and shoulders. I am currently not in the situation to come to the office. My doctor advised me to stay at home and take rest.
However, I assure you I’ll try to come to the office as soon as possible. Still, I am connected with my colleagues and doing my part of the work. Respected Sir, it is stated that while returning from the office I found myself on some strike. Due to the ferocity between police and strikers, I was badly injured and was immediately rushed to Hospital. A lot of damage is caused by the strike. The doctor there advised me to take complete bed rest for 2 days. The situation is very bad and chaotic. It is therefore requested you grant me leave as I am not able to come to the office. I have asked my junior assistant to take my place for a few days. I’ll be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.

Sir, it is therefore subject that the arrival of epidemic Spanish Influenza had influenced almost half of the country. Last night, while roaming outside in the cold, I was most likely to get affected by it. The symptoms and my report show that it is influenza. The doctor advised me to stay away from the people as it can transfer to others during contact.
It is therefore requested you grant me leave as I am not in the situation to come and become a risk for my other colleagues. It would take longer to properly cure influenza, however, I try to come to the office as soon as possible. I’ll be highly gratified to you for this act of yours.

Respected Sir, it is stated that I have been in a sub-conscious situation since yesterday. The doctor so far predicts it is due to some stress and depression. It is subjected you that I am unwell and the doctor advised me to forget work for a few days and focus on my health as it is deteriorating day by day.
The stress level and depression drive me in this situation, and I am not been able to work properly. I have told my teammates to continue to work further on the project and give a presentation at the given time. You don’t need to worry about that project, it will be delivered on time.
