Re. Release Letter for the Vehicle which was confiscated by the Traffic Police Department of CA Dated 19-03-21

This letter is served as a release authorization letter. This letter has been penned to notify you of the authorized approval of the confiscated vehicle which was impounded by the traffic policemen deployed in Main Square Road, San Diego.

The model of the vehicle is Nissan Altima 2018-S with registration no. 29037-F701. The no. of the vehicle is CA-4091-18 with a gray color body. The vehicle was confiscated from street 11 of New Square Road, San Diego.

The reason behind the seizing of the mentioned car was parking the vehicle in no parking area. The location in front of Lesco Greens Mall has been labeled and indicated as no parking whereas the owner of the car had parked his car in the prohibited parking area. Now the owner of the car has submitted his request for release of the vehicle after depositing the required sum as a fine.

Therefore, it is officially approved that the vehicle can be released after receiving the copies of required documents i.e. National Identity Card of the owner, registration documents of the vehicle, and receipt of the deposited sum of fine. However, it is also recommended for you to get a NOC from the City Traffic Police Officer (CTPO) for the release of the car after providing all details.

For more please contact Traffic Control and Enforcement (TCE), San Diego, CA at [email] or call at +[X]. Thank you.

Re. Request for Release of Vehicle w.r.t challan no. 6901-C

Dear Sir,

I am Erick Lemson from Lax Heights Residency, San Diego. I am the legal owner of the car Subaru Outback Onyx Edition XT with registration no. 208982DF201 which is under confiscation of the Traffic Police Department of San Diego, CA. The vehicle was put under the custody of the Traffic Police Department after the challan of the vehicle due to wrong parking, wrong lane use, and damaged indicator of the left side.

It is submitted to you that vehicle no. 7090-ZV had been seized by the traffic police due to the aforementioned reasons. I apologize for all the wrongdoings. I am an Assistant Manager in a corporate Financing company and it remains very difficult for me to take out time for the repair of the indicator and I was waiting for the weekend to get my damaged indicator repaired. Due to lock down many of the workshops were following specific schedules unmatched with my office schedule.

Moreover, I was a little stressed and did not notice the board of no parking area and wrong school lane. I apologize for my negligence and request the release of my vehicle as soon as possible. My lawyer has prepared all the related documents and taken NOC from the Law Enforcement Agency of San Diego. I hereby promise that this will never repeat and abide by all the traffic rules. Also, I have attached a copy of the receipt paid fine.

I shall be very grateful to you if you release my vehicle.

Regards

Erick Lemson
