Sales Dashboard Generator

The Sales Dashboard Generator turns a simple list of sales records into a one-page dashboard, all inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so your sales figures stay on your device.

Sales Dashboard Generator

Enter or paste your sales records and get a one-page dashboard you can print or open in Excel.

Dashboard Details

The dashboard covers every month from the first month to the last month (up to 24 months). Records outside that range are ignored.

Live A4 Landscape Preview

You start by entering the dashboard details: company name, title, the first and last month to cover, your currency symbol, and a monthly sales target. Next, you add your sales records. Each record has a date, product, region, sales representative, units sold and unit price. You can type records one by one, paste a list copied from a spreadsheet, or load the sample data.

As you type, the generator multiplies units by price to find each sale’s revenue. It then groups the records by month, product, region and sales representative, and compares each month’s revenue with your target. Records outside your chosen date range are ignored.

The live A4 landscape preview updates instantly. It shows six key figures: total revenue, units sold, average order value, target achievement, best month and top product. Below them are a monthly revenue chart with a target line, a regional donut chart, product bars and a table of top sales representatives. A short insights section summarizes the results, and you can add your own commentary.

When the dashboard looks right, you can download it as an Excel workbook with separate sheets for summary, months, products, regions, representatives and records. The totals use formulas, so editing a record in Excel updates the results. You can also print the dashboard or save it as a PDF.
